Are all conveyancing services/quotes the same?

No. Some quotes may not contain all of the searches that we believe should be carried out. There are certain searches that could potentially save our clients thousands of dollars. As the saying goes, one needs to compare apples with apples.

Am I able to deal with a real person
rather than a set of emails or a robot?

How quickly can you
organise conveyancing for me?

As soon as you appoint us, we start acting for you from day 1 until the day the property transaction has completed.

Will I be charged a fee
if the matter doesn’t settle?

No you will not need to pay our quoted fee if the matter does not settle. We only charge a small administrative fee to cover part of the cost of opening our file, reviewing the contract, sending you a detailed first letter and liaising with you and the other party’s solicitors.
