Mark, one of the founding Principals, has over 30 years’ experience in property law with particular experience in commercial, retail and industrial leasing transactions including leasebacks, commercial property

acquisitions and disposals, property development and joint venturing. His property development work involves site acquisition and amalgamation, joint venture documentation and anchor agreements for lease. Mark’s expertise also extends to title and leasing due diligence and acting for major landlords and tenants in a wide range of leasing transactions ranging from drafting and negotiation of major leases to advice on complex agreements for lease and make good arrangements.

Gerard, one of the founding principals of the company, brings over 30 years of expertise in conveyancing and property law.
